NZ Shipping Policy

At Onaji Cosmetics we want to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.  We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours (weekdays) and deliver NZ wide.

Shipping Process

As soon as we receive your order our team will pack and dispatch it for courier collection.  Orders received after 2pm are likely to be processed the following morning.  Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a tracking number via the email you purchased from.

Address Changes

Please double check that you have typed the correct delivery address.  Once you order has been dispatched we are unable to alter the delivery address.

Authority to Leave

A signature is required by default for all orders.  If you have placed an ATL for your parcel deliveries Onaji Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing after delivery.  Onaji Cosmetics will not be able to process a claim.  Please manage your order via the tracking number sent directly to you.

Missing Parcel

If you think your parcel is missing please use the tracking number in the first instance, and contact the courier company.  That will be the quickest way to track down your parcel. You will need your tracking number for reference.  We will always endeavour to help our customers receive their goods, but ultimately the courier partner is responsible for the delivery of your goods, so they are the best person to call.  If you cannot track down your parcel successfully with the courier company please email us hey@onajicosmetics.com and we will try and assist you.

 

Transit times

Our delivery partners aim to deliver all parcels the next business day from being picked up.  While we can package and dispatch your parcel as quickly as we are able we are not in control of the delivery times provided by our courier partners.  Transit goals and times are estimates only and can be affected by weather events, busy seasons such as Christmas, and other events outside of their control.  Rural deliveries may also take slightly longer than urban ones.  Factors like border control and customs can also extend transit times for international orders.

 

NZ Shipping Rates

Free shipping is activated on all orders over $99.

Flat rate shipping to all urbans areas is $5.95

• South Island target time (after dispatch): The following business day for orders before 2pm.
• North Island target time (after dispatch): Allow 2-3 days delivery.

We ship in cardboard and honeycomb wrapping that can easily be recycled in your curbside bin.  Please reuse our boxes and wrapping if you can.

 

Please ensure someone is available to collect your purchase if you receive a card to collect.  We cannot resend free of charge if your product is returned to us.  Signature is required by default to protect your goods.  If you do not wish to received a card to collect, you should set up an Authority to Leave with NZ Post for your address.

 

Customs Duties on International Orders

Any customs duties are at the cost of the customer and their final responsibility.  Onaji Cosmetics does not pay for any customs taxes owing.  Taxes/and or duties are always required to be paid for by the customer.  No refunds will be receipted where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the customer.  Please check prior to ordering whether you will need to be pay additional taxes for your order in your country if you are unsure.
